Integrated Behavioral Systems (IBS) is a Chicago based organization that works extensively throughout the nation providing services to businesses, school districts, alternative schools, non-profit organizations, transition/vocational programs and other social service agencies. Our goal is to work collectively with each client to present an innovative approach to providing creative programs for individuals with disabilities. IBS strives for a greater understanding and appreciation of individuals with disabilities and their unique talents and needs. Our philosophy supports that socialization, communication, and behavior are interrelated. IBS utilizes a holistic approach in working with individuals with disabilities and realizes the potential growth within each person. IBS offers a wide spectrum of services to guide and assist each client in providing advanced techniques in coaching, training and educating individuals with disabilities.
